How do I ship my device?

We provide you with a free, pre-paid shipping label! All you have to do is safely package your device, print and apply our pre-paid shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest (INSERT COURIER) location.

When do I get paid?

At SwapMyCell we go above and beyond our competitors and guarantee your payment within 24 hours of receiving your device!

What happens if you don't agree with the declared condition?

No worries! If we find that the device we receive from you is not in the condition that was declared, we will reach out to you via email with details and the quote adjustment. If you do not agree with the quote adjustment, your device will be shipped back to you at your cost.

The condition of my device doesn't match any of the condition descriptions. What can I do?

If you find that your device doesn't exactly fall under any of the conditions described on our website, reach out to us through the whatsapp icon or through email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have multiple devices I want to sell. Can I sell them all at once?

Yes absolutely! Just simply find the devices you would like to sell, select the carrier, storage, and condition, and select get paid. All of your devices will be added to the cart ready for you to complete your sale.

I have a device I want to sell but it's not on your website. Can I still sell it to you?

Yes! While we focus on the most popular phones across Canada, we are open to purchasing phones from any other brands, as well as other devices such as tablets, gaming consoles, smart watches etc. If you have a device that is not listed on our website, please be sure to select the other option and fill out the form with the details of your device(s) and we'll get back to you with a quote!
